Abstract

Проаналізовано рішення Європейського суду з прав людини у справах проти України та інших держав світу, що були прийняті на підставі скарг на дії правоохоронних поліцейських органів. Надано теоретичні та практичні рекомендації щодо дотримання прав людини в роботі працівників Національної поліції України з огляду на ті недоліки та порушення, що були підставою для ухвалення негативних для держав рішень. Для працівників Національної поліції та здобувачів освіти закладів вищої освіти МВС України.
