Організація та взаємодія в діяльності органів досудового розслідування: навчальний посібник

Abstract

Комплексно висвітлено питання організації діяльності органів досудового розслідування Національної поліції України та особливості їх взаємодії з іншими підрозділами й органами під час провадження досудового розслідування. Розглянуто поняття, завдання, функції та повноваження органів досудового розслідування, процесуальний статус слідчого та гарантії його процесуальної самостійності. Детально проаналізовано форми, методи та правові основи взаємодії слідчого з оперативними підрозділами, експертними службами, прокуратурою та судом на різних етапах розслідування. Виняткову увагу приділено особливостям взаємодії при розслідуванні окремих категорій кримінальних правопорушень та міжнародному співробітництву органів досудового розслідування. Для здобувачів вищої освіти, курсантів і слухачів закладів вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання, працівників правоохоронних органів, науковців та викладачів. The issues of organizing the activities of the pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine and the features of their interaction with other units and bodies during the conduct of the pre-trial investigation are comprehensively covered. The concept, tasks, functions and powers of the pre-trial investigation bodies, the procedural status of the investigator and the guarantees of his procedural independence are considered. The forms, methods and legal foundations of the investigator's interaction with operational units, expert services, the prosecutor's office and the court at different stages of the investigation are analyzed in detail. Special attention is paid to the features of interaction when investigating certain categories of criminal offenses and international cooperation of pre-trial investigation bodies.
