Розвиток емоційного інтелекту дитини дошкільного віку: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі систематизовано сучасні теоретичні підходи та науково-практичні напрацювання з проблеми розвитку емоційного інтелекту дітей старшого дошкільного віку. Проаналізовано концепції зарубіжних і вітчизняних дослідників щодо сутності, структури та функцій емоційного інтелекту, окреслено психологічні особливості його становлення в дошкільному дитинстві. Розкрито вікові закономірності розвитку емоційної сфери, визначено соціально-психологічні чинники, що впливають на формування здатності до розпізнавання, усвідомлення та регуляції емоцій. Емпірично досліджено рівень розвитку емоційного інтелекту дітей 5–6 років та встановлено якісні й кількісні показники сформованості його компонентів. Зокрема, виявлено особливості розвитку інтрасуб’єктного та інтерсуб’єктного емоційного інтелекту, здатності до емпатії, розуміння емоційних станів інших і вербалізації власних почуттів. Обґрунтовано, розроблено та апробовано програму розвитку емоційного інтелекту дітей старшого дошкільного віку в умовах ЗДО. Доведено ефективність упровадженої програми, що забезпечує підвищення рівня емоційної обізнаності, розвиток навичок саморегуляції та покращення якості міжособистісної взаємодії дітей. The qualification paper systematizes contemporary theoretical approaches and scientific-practical findings on the issue of developing emotional intelligence in senior preschool children. The concepts of foreign and Ukrainian scholars regarding the essence, structure, and functions of emotional intelligence are analyzed, and the psychological features of its formation in early childhood are outlined. Age-related patterns in the development of the emotional sphere are revealed, and socio-psychological factors influencing the formation of the ability to recognize, understand, and regulate emotions are identified. An empirical study was conducted to assess the level of emotional intelligence development in children aged 5–6, and qualitative and quantitative indicators of the formation of its components were established. In particular, the specific features of the development of intrasubjective and intersubjective emotional intelligence, the capacity for empathy, understanding others’ emotional states, and verbalization of one’s own feelings were identified. A program for the development of emotional intelligence in senior preschool children in preschool education institutions was substantiated, developed, and tested. The effectiveness of the implemented program was confirmed, demonstrating an increase in emotional awareness, improvement of self-regulation skills, and enhancement of the quality of interpersonal interaction among children.
