Психологічні особливості міжособистісних конфліктів у студентському середовищі в умовах воєнного часу: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У дипломній роботі здійснено теоретико-емпіричне дослідження психологічних особливостей міжособистісних конфліктів у студентському середовищі та їх зв’язку з індивідуально-психологічними характеристиками особистості. У першому розділі подано теоретичний аналіз наукових підходів до вивчення міжособистісного конфлікту в психології. Розглянуто сутність, структуру та функції міжособистісних конфліктів, основні причини їх виникнення у студентському середовищі, а також проаналізовано роль стресу, життєстійкості та агресивності як психологічних чинників конфліктної поведінки. Окрему увагу приділено особливостям перебігу конфліктів у сучасних соціальних умовах. У другому розділі представлено організацію та методи емпіричного дослідження, описано вибірку, психодіагностичний інструментарій і процедуру збору даних. Проведено аналіз рівнів сприйнятого стресу, життєстійкості, агресивності та стилів поведінки в конфлікті у студентів. За допомогою методів описової статистики та кореляційного аналізу виявлено взаємозв’язки між досліджуваними показниками, що дозволило визначити психологічні особливості конфліктної поведінки студентської молоді. The diploma thesis is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of interpersonal conflicts in the student environment and their relationship with individual psychological characteristics. In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations of the study of interpersonal conflict in psychology are analyzed. The essence, structure, and functions of interpersonal conflicts are examined, as well as the main factors contributing to their occurrence in the student environment. Particular attention is paid to stress, resilience, and aggressiveness as significant psychological determinants of conflict behavior, along with the specifics of conflicts under contemporary social conditions. In the second chapter, the organization and methodology of the empirical research are presented. The sample characteristics, psychodiagnostic tools, and research procedure are described. The levels of perceived stress, resilience, aggressiveness, and conflict behavior styles among students are analyzed. Using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, significant relationships between the studied variables were identified, which allowed for a deeper understanding of the psychological characteristics of students’ conflict behavior. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results in the professional activity of a psychologist, particularly in the development of preventive and corrective programs aimed at reducing interpersonal conflicts and strengthening students’ psychological resources.
