Abstract: Based on a comparative analysis of Ukrainian and international experience (full-scale war, COVID-19 pandemic, natural disasters), the article reveals significant transformations in speech behavior in times of crisis. The results show that the discourse of emergency situations is characterized by the dominance of directive speech acts, systematic violation of Grice’s communicative maxims, and the transition of social media to the status of an integrated platform for emergency communication and psychological stabilization. The article also highlights the linguistic mechanisms of information warfare, in particular manipulative technologies (language minimization, semantic sabotage, information noise) and effective strategies for their neutralization based on the principles of accuracy, verification and consolidation of discourse. The data obtained can be used to optimize crisis communication of government institutions, media, and NGO.
