Дослідження галузевих ринків у контексті забезпечення економічної безпеки на мезорівні

Abstract

Представлено результати дослідження ринку цукру на основі модифікованої парадигми «структура–поведінка–результативність». Визначено, що актуальність аналізу функціонування галузевих ринків пов’язана з необхідністю вирішення проблеми підвищення рівня економічної безпеки, що б забезпечило реалізацію національних інтересів розвитку української економіки в умовах глобалізації. Сформульовано, що дослідження галузевих ринків надасть змогу формувати належну політику функціонування галузі з позиції забезпечення економічної безпеки. The authors acquainted with the results of the sugar market research on the basis of the modified paradigm «structure – behavior – effectiveness». It is determined that the relevance of the analysis of the functioning of the industry markets is related to the need to address the problem of raising the level of economic security, which would ensure the realization of the national interests of the development of the Ukrainian economy in the context of globalization. It is stated that the research of industrial markets will allow forming an appropriate policy for the functioning of the industry from the perspective of ensuring economic security. As a result, it is noted that the analysis of industrial markets is an initial stage in the formation of a state policy with an emphasis on the problems of the performance of these structures both in terms of ensuring their own economic security, and from the point of view of their impact on other areas of business, the state of national economic security. The analysis of the initial conditions for the functioning of the industry and the structure of the industry and the sugar market showed that the threats to the functioning of the industry will be shaped by a decrease in the number of buyers in the consumer markets of Ukraine; increase in the amount of sugar used in the manufacture of sugar substitutes. An analysis of industrial market is an initial stage in the formation of a state policy with an emphasis on the problems of the effectiveness of the functioning of these structures both in terms of ensuring their own economic security, and from the point of view of their impact on other areas of business, the state of national economic security. On the contrary, the analysis of the market structure reflects the positive trends taking place in the sugar market, despite the significant decrease in the number of sugar producers in Ukraine, during the investigated period there was no large-scale redistribution of the market and the tendency towards the growth of the competitive environment is showing.
