Особистісні детермінанти розвитку професійної деформації працівників органів внутрішніх справ України

Abstract

Комплексно досліджено професійну деформацію працівників ОВС України. Встановлено, що ознаки професійної деформації розпочинають про-являтися в особистості правоохоронця, згодом через поведінку відображаються на службовій діяльності та спілкуванні з найближчими. Здійснено теоретичний і практичний аналіз проявів професійної деформації працівників ОВС України, синтезовано та обґрунтовано юридико-психологічні, методологічні та прагматичні підходи до вивчення термінопонять, що характеризують сутнісний зміст особистісних детермінант розвитку професійної деформації працівників ОВС. Socio-political, economic and legal processes in transition of the Ukrainian state, accompanied by contradictions in many areas of public life. Considering that declared the constitutional status of our country as legal, social, then towards the rule of law, building vibrant civil society a priority problem is the protection of rights and legitimate interests of man and citizen. Its solution largely lies directly on the police, part of the executive power of the state. Employees of society discovers these great trust and hope, trying to see them not only to those who stand on guard of the law, ie specialists of high qualification, but also active and influential compatriots with a sense of civic responsibility perform their duties and are patriots our homeland. Through law enforcement, police officers exercise their basic task – to protect life, health, rights and freedoms of citizens, directly interacting with the public. One way of expressing this interaction is the law, norms which finds its manifestation policy of combating crime, criminal policy as its component, determining features law enforcement and judicial practice, competence and areas of law enforcement, operating instruments of crime prevention, ways of prevention. Law enforcement, as the embodiment legal reality, full of socio-psychological phenomena. This psychology and legal communities and groups and the psychology of the individual who lives and works in this group, and the system of its relationships with law. Because the vast majority of law enforcement problems can be solved only together legal, psychological and social contexts.
