Ідентифікація концептуальних характеристик і взаємозв’язків процесів імпортозаміщення та забезпечення економічної безпеки держави

Abstract

Обґрунтовано концептуальні передумови виникнення та розвитку процесів імпортозаміщення, що визначають стан внутрішнього ринку й економічної безпеки держави. Розподілено групи науковців стосовно тлумачення ними сутності імпортозаміщення. Надано характеристику взаємозв’язків процесів імпортозаміщення та забезпечення економічної безпеки держави. Встановлено пряму залежність економічної безпеки від імпортозаміщення, яку доведено через сукупність складових безпеки і результатів імпортозаміщення. Виділено концептуальний вплив внутрішнього ринку на формування та зміцнення відповідних взаємозв’язків.The substantiated of conceptual preconditions of emergence and development of import substitution processes, which determine the state of the internal market and economic security of the state. It is stressed that the importance of import substitution will increase with each passing year, and the impact on the economic development of the state and its security will be strengthened in line with the tendencies of ensuring the least costly production of products, expansion of information technologies, increase of needs and opportunities of society. A group of scientists has been distributed in relation to their definition of the essence of import substitution. According to the authors, import substitution does not need to be considered as a tactic of the state in reducing external dependence, and therefore the period of its effective use for the economy and its security depends on many factors. The given of characteristic of the interconnections of import substitution processes and providing of economic security of the state. The installed of dependence of economic security on import substitution has been established, which isproved through a combination of safety components and the results of import substitution. The necessity of a permanent combination of import substitution processes and ensuring economic security has been determined, and especially when the openness of the internal market is intensified, the economic structure of the state is liberalized, the level of competitiveness of production is not created, the institutional environment is not formed. The highlighted of conceptual influence of the internal market on the formation and strengthening of the corresponding interconnections. The domestic market provides the interface between the elements of import substitution and economic security, defines the state of the economic development of the state, where the consumption of imported goods does not pose a threat to its security and characterizes the ability to efficiently and rationally use economic potential.
