Акмеологічні аспекти професійного становлення практичних психологів

Abstract

Зауважено, що професійне становлення особистості зумовлюється розвитком акмеологічної культури суб’єкта, котра є акмеологічною детермінантою ефективності навчання. Аргументовано, що реалізація акмеологічного підходу та опертя на андрагогічні принципи забезпечує індивіду можливості досягти індивідуального, особистісного, професійно-діяльнісного ступеня зрілості, сформувати спрямованість до найбільш продуктивного прояву своїх якостей в інтересах власного професійного розвитку та соціаль-ного запиту суспільства. The result of becoming a professional psychologist within the university system is the internal understanding of functional tasks and responsibilities in direct professional act. This the inner construct can be called a theoretical model. It should include: becoming and development of professional thinking; active social position; self-upbringing and its psychological and pedagogical foundations of the organization; professional competence; the ability to think critically, to predict their activity, innovate; professional creativity; availability and general psychological culture. Therefore acmeological culture cannot be materialized without specialist’s perfection. Mastering own personality, she creates itself as an active subject of social and professional activities. Therefore acmeological approach to professional development of personality involves the necessarily implementation of andragogical approach to learning. Today, it is actual due to the paradigm of continuous professional and personal development of the subject of life. Lifelong learning explains strategy personal development, achievement of social and professional maturity of personality, reduction risks of mitigation aging and deformation. So professional becoming of personality is caused by the development of professionally important qualities, level of acmeological cultural subject, that is acmeological determinants of the effective learning. Implementation acmeological approach and reliance on andragogical principles provides individual ability to achieve individual, personal, professional and activity-maturity, striving to create the most productive qualities of their own professional development and social demands of society.
