Правові колізії розвитку психотерапії в Україні

Abstract

Проаналізовано розвиток психотерапії в Україні, пов’язаний із законодавчим забезпеченням психотерапевтичної практики, що зумовлює труднощі правового порядку щодо фахової підготовки кваліфікованих спеціалістів психологічної допомоги. Окреслено гострий дефіцит спеціалістів у галузі психотерапії в Україні та відсутність можливості отримання психотерапевтичної освіти у межах класичних державних університетів. There are analyzed current problems of psychotherapeutic development in Ukraine, connected with a present legislative providing of psychotherapeutic practice which causes difficulties in legal order according the professional training of qualified specialists in this kind psychological help, there are projected ways of their overcoming basing on delimitation of competences in psychotherapy and medicine. It is marked that according to the state requirements of studies on a comes true under an aegis of medicine (namely psychiatry) that does not correspond to the European standards and considerably simplifies an idea to the sources of human problems. Such state of affairs is upheld by an imperfect normatively-legal base that needs substantial quality changes. Thus is needed Legislative differentiation of professional competences of physicians and psychotherapists, which must have base psychological education, be well-informed with psychiatry and at a necessity to cooperate with specialists on contiguous specialties. In the article attention is paid to the sharp deficit of specialists in industries of psychotherapy in Ukraine and absence of possibility of receipt of psychotherapy education within the limits of classic state universities. But the education comes through various non-state structures the diplomas of that though mostly certify professionalism of their proprietor and confess a psychotherapy association, however are not the official records of state standard. In this relation actuality is acquired by question acceptances of corresponding laws, which would create terms for studies and activity of specialists of psychotherapy profile and were integrated in European educational space. It will give forward motion for the system development of science and practices in Ukraine and will assist the increase level of professionalism of psychologists.
