Структурні аспекти збалансування внутрішнього ринку в контексті зміцнення економічної безпеки України

Abstract

Ідентифіковано ринкові характеристики зміцнення економічної безпеки держави, врахувавши аспекти структурованості та збалансованості. Узагальнено наукові припущення щодо комплексності процесів зміцнення економічної безпеки держави та розвитку внутрішнього ринку. Обґрунтовано пріоритетність процесів формування імпортозалежності та реалізації державної політики імпортозаміщення в контексті зміцнення економічної безпеки України. Виявлено взаємозв’язки та взаємовпливи між просторовими характеристиками економічної безпеки держави та сегментами і пріоритетними сферами регулювання внутрішнього ринку. Identified market characteristics strengthen the economic security of the state taking into account aspects of structure and balance. Noted that to achieve an acceptable level of economic security of the state should be formed and supported by system mechanisms as self-regulation and control, that is, with the help of state organs and institutions of the market. Summarizes the scientific assumptions about the complexity of the processes of strengthening of economic safety of the state and development of the internal market.Noted that the economic security of the state is assured through the availability of national resources, stability and sustainability, the availability of opportunities for self-development and progress of the national economy. It is established that the characteristics of the system of economic security of the state due to different processes from which there is a dependency and which elements need to interact. Priorities of processes of formation of import dependence and the implementation of the state policy of import substitution in the context of strengthening economic security of Ukraine. It is noted that the determinants of antiimport dependence is interconnected with the system of ensuring self-sufficiency, stability and sustainability, self-development and progress of the national economy. Found that the state policy of import substitution in the first place should relate to, support and promote the development of basic and priority types of economic activities that primarily provide economic strength and independence of the state. Identified the relationship and mutual influence between spatial characteristics of the economic security of the state and segments and priority areas of internal market rules. It is proved that the policy of import substitution can change the intensity of implementation and the conceptual direction for the growth of external threats to the expansion of imported goods in the domestic consumer market and the challenges to reduce their impact. It is concluded that through the development and rational planning of the implementation of the state policy of import substitution it is possible to balance the domestic market and strengthen the economic security of the state.
