Структурні деформації національної економіки як загроза її стійкості в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

Розглянуто основні тенденції розвитку світового господарства в умовах глобалізації. Визначено, що відкритість зовнішньої торгівлі підвищує рівень взаємозалежності економік різних країн. Менш розвинуті країни, за наявності структурних деформацій, перетворюються на сировинні придатки економічно розвинутих країн. Установлено, що основною причиною сировинного розвитку української економіки є недосконалість її структури. Виявлено деформації національної економіки. Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення структури національної економіки. The main trends of development of world economic under the conditions of globalization are discussed. The liberalization of global trade policies contributes to the conduct of profound changes in the amount, directions and nature of international trade. Tangible changes are observed in international financial flows. It is determined, that the openness of foreign trade increases the level of interdependence of economies of different countries. On the one hand, economies interdependence lets to add the potential capacity of other countries, on the other hand, the openness of borders leads to unilateral economic dependence. Less developed countries, if there are structural deformations, are converted into raw materials appendage of the developed countries. It is established, that the main cause of raw development of Ukrainian economy is the imperfection of its structure. The deformations of the national economy are also revealed. In the cost structure of issue production model of the predominance of raw, material input and energy the intensive industries are formed. The structural changes that have taken place in Ukraine since the independence years are characterizes by a major technological lag. The measures of improving the structure of the national economy were suggested. Holding restructuring of Ukrainian national economy should focus on the development of industries that determines the livelihood of the population using the available productive forces and working capital of production sector with simultaneous provision of stability, the production and realization of goods and services. Along with structural changes it is advisable to lay the foundation for solving the problem of lack of energy by reducing the energy intensity of production.
