Оцінювання впливу корупції на макроекономічну безпеку України за допомогою компонентного підходу

Abstract

Здійснюється підтвердження або спростування поширеної гіпотези стосовно впливу корупції на макроекономічну безпеку. Інструментом дослідження є підходи факторного аналізу щодо обчислення рівня макроекономічної безпеки України. За допомогою компонентного підходу до оцінювання сформовано узагальнювальні фактори на основі відібраних інформативних показників, які забезпечують можливість оцінювати макроекономічну безпеку. Підтверджено важливість включення показника корупції у розрахунок рівня макроекономічної безпеки країни. This article explores the impact of corruption on the level of macro security. Research device are factor analysis approaches for calculating the level of macroeconomic security of Ukraine. With the component approach to the evaluation generalized factors are formed based on selected informative indicators that provide an opportunity to evaluate the macroeconomic safety. The method of principal components is to build factors – principal components, each of which is a linear combination of output attributes. Description of the mathematical model to determine an aggregate indicator will appear as a linear combination of attributes that in some way it will form. The research confirmed the importance of including the index of corruption when calculating the level of macro-economic safety. The described model depending allowed conceptualized structure factors have an impact on the macroeconomic Ukraine’s safety. The isolation of two groups of factors that describe 99% of the total variance, which can reduce the dimension of the initial set of analyzed parameters became possible through the analysis. One of the objectives of the research was to determine whether there is the corruption at the macro safety, and identify the characteristics of its impact. Model described in the article clearly shows the high dependence of change of macroeconomic safety from changes in the level of corruption.
