Фінансова безпека у торговельному підприємництві

Abstract

Розглянуто комплексні процеси, пов’язані із забезпеченням фінансово-економічної безпеки торговельного підприємства, побудовано процесну модель управління фінансово-економічною безпекою із урахуванням особливостей торговельної діяльності. Вивчено питання діагностики фінансово-економічної безпеки та вказано причини відставання платоспроможного попиту від товарної пропозиції. Розкрито основні індикатори фінансової безпеки підприємства та здійснено ідентифікацію загроз економічній безпеці підприємств торгівлі в процесі взаємодії з різними суб’єктами господарювання. The complex processes associated with the provision of financial and economic security of commercial business were considered in the article; the process model of financial and economic security management with an account taken of peculiarities of trading activities was built therein. The issue of diagnosing the financial and economic security was considered and the independent direction in the comprehensive study of the market operation of business with the methods, tools, techniques and stages of implementation was specified. The key factors of a lag betweeneffectual demand and product proposal were defined. The analysis of consumer crediting given to the households by the depository corporations (excluding the National Bank of Ukraine). The reasons of inefficient system of economic security of commercial businesses were investigated and the development of a new system of economic security with an account taken of the goals and objectives aimed at neutralizing the threats to internal and external environment, reducing the risks, resisting the evastating effect of the main factors to the economic activity was suggested. According to the conceptual model of the system the general tasks of ensuring the economic security of commercial businesses were developed. The basic indicators of financial security of the business were defined and the threats to economic security of commercial businesses during the interaction with various entities were identified.
