Гарантованість свободи совісті та віросповідання в Україні

Abstract

Досліджено правові гарантії свободи совісті й віросповідання в Україні. Акцентовано на переорієнтації українського суспільства на нові світоглядні і морально-етичні цінності внаслідок суспільних змін у державі. Вказано на доречність створення нового національного законодавства з питань свободи совісті та віросповідання, яке пройшло авторитетну експертизу міжнародними організаціями. Висвітлено наявність міжконфесійних конфліктів, що потребують вирішення за допомогою богословських і правових механізмів. Тhe article explores the issues with legal guarantees of freedom of conscience and religion in Ukraine. Focuses on the reorientation of Ukrainian society on a new world Outlook, moral and ethical values as a consequence of social changes in the state. Indicates the creation of new national legislation on freedom of conscience and religion, which passed the authoritative expertise of international organizations. Underline the presence of the inter-denominational conflicts that require resolution with the help of theological and legal mechanisms. The analysis of articles of the Constitution of Ukraine and law of Ukraine «On freedom of conscience and religious organizations as legal guarantees of freedom of conscience «. Confirmed the existence in Ukraine of religious pluralism. It is concluded that the current legislation about freedom of conscience and religion provides an implementation of the freedom of thought and guarantees the protection of the rights of believers and religious organizations.
