Воєнна безпека як чинник стабільності суспільства

Abstract

Порушено питання воєнної безпеки як чинника стабільності суспільства. Розглянуто взаємозв’язок між стабільністю суспільства і воєнною безпекою. Воєнна безпека як якісна характеристика та стан суспільства функціонально залежить від стабільності. Як результат розвитку суспільства, воєнна безпека обумовлена рівнем і характером зовнішньої військової експансії, рівнем і динамікою розвитку суспільства. Розкрито сутність воєнної безпеки та її прояви. The peculiarity of modern approaches to the protection of Ukraine from external aggression is determined by the nature of the changes in the world and regional security systems, the transitional state of the former Soviet countries, including Ukraine. These factors require a study of the problem of military security of the state and the society in the context of protecting Ukraine from external aggression, matching the general tendencies of reforming the Ukrainian society with the tasks of reforming the military organization of Ukraine. Military security of the society is a state of its internal and external public relations, components and elements that provides their security, based on the effective counteraction to the impact of military threats (armed violence), minimizing the negative impacts of military expansion outside, and thus – creating conditions for stability of the society in all public spheres. Reached and provided military security, minimizing or neutralizing military threats, stimulating consolidation of other spheres of social activity, creates conditions that allow the society to maintain viability. At the same time military security is not an absolute guarantee of stability; it only creates favorable conditions for the viability of the society in various fields. The article deals with the issues of military security as a factor of social stability. Correlation between stability and military security of the society is considered, where military security as qualitative characteristics and state of the society functionally subordinate to stability. The essence of military security and its features are revealed.
