Політико-правові аспекти європейської інтеграції Галицько-Волинської держави у 40-50-х рр. ХІІІ століття

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз політичних і правових особливостей європейської інтеграції Галицько-Волинської держави у 40–50-х рр. ХІІІ ст. Досліджено головні особливості державно-політичного розвитку Галицько-Волинської держави у період правління Данила Романовича. Акцентовано, що свого найбільшого розквіту Галицько-Волинське князівство досягло за правління князя Данила Галицького, з іменем якого пов’язані нове об’єднання Галичини та Волині, відновлення влади над Києвом, зовнішньополітичні відносини із сусідніми державами, релігійна унія із Католицькою Церквою, коронація Данила Романовича та боротьба із золотоординським нашестям. This article is devoted to the analysis of political and legal features of European integration of the Galicia Volyn’ state in the 40-50th of the ХІІІ century The main features of state-political development of the Galicia Volyn’ state in the period of rule of Danylo Romanovich are dealed within the article. Attention is emphasized on the highest prosperity of the Galicia Volyn’ state achieved for the rule of prince Danylo Romanovich, to the name of that the new association of Galicia and Volyn’, proceeding in lordship over Kyiv, foreign-policy relationships with the nearby states, religious union with Catholic Church, coronation of Danylo Galytsky and fight against the Golden horde invasion. This article is dedicated to the analysis of political and legal features of European integration of the Galicia Volyn’ state in the 40-50th of the ХІІІ century. The main features of state-political development of the Galicia Volyn’ state are investigated in the period of rule of Danylo Romanovich. An idea is traced in the article, that the period of rule of Danylo Galytsky is characterized the clear European vector of foreign-policy activity, and also attempt of the Galicia Volyn’ state to enter the European association of the catholic states.
