Особливості здійснення спеціальних заходів із попередження насильства у сім’ї

Abstract

Проаналізовано систему спеціальних заходів із попередження насильства у сім’ї (офіційне попередження про неприпустимість учинення насильства в сім’ї; взяття і зняття з профілактичного обліку членів сім’ї, які вчинили насильство в сім’ї; направлення на корекційну програму; захисний припис), досліджено особливості їх здійснення дільничними інспекторами міліції.The article analyzes the system of special measures on domestic violence prevention (official warning on unacceptability of domestic violence; preventive registration and striking off the preventive register for family members who have committed domestic violence; referral to a correctional program; protective order) and investigated peculiarities of the implementation by district inspectors of the militia. Decision of problem of violence in family and society depends straight on the degree of awareness of depth of this problem, its consequences expressed foremost in subsequent escalation of society violence. Growth of violence is a presently dominant tendency for the whole world on the whole. Violence is a negative decision. It shows up in different situations and forms. The system of measures of counteraction this phenomenon can be realized exceptionally through combining effort of all institutions, as state so non-governmental a sector. It is impossible to realize the complex of the indicated measures without the system adjusting straight or related to this problem – family relations, and that is why it is necessary to realize the followings measures: strengthening of the legal adjusting of family relations; creation of effective co-operation of law enforcement authorities, social services, organs of guardianship, in the questions of counteraction, stopping and prophylaxis of violence in family; intensification of activity of psychological, social, administrative and legal science, school, MASS-MEDIA public organizations in the direction of forming of interpersonal intercourse culture, non-violent methods of conflicts solving, women-mothers and children support, their protection from family violence; assertion of legal mentality in society and supporting of the best family traditions – family ideology; family violence prevention and negative interferences with family relations regulated by the state authority.
