Abstract

The most actual themes and problems of modern ecolaw are chosen for edition. It is methodological, culturological positions. Their knowledge of obligatory for a lawyer-environmentalist XXI century. A concept, history, sources, principles of ecolaw, enter here. A manual is divided into General and Special parts. Qualificatory principles of ecolaw, concept of ecolaw are examined in General part, types of rights on natural objects and resources, forms of responsibility for ecological offences, system of organs of state administration in industry of ecology. In Special part ecological requirements are examined to the use of natural resources and complexes: earth, bowels of the earth, waters, forests, animal kingdom, atmospheric air, territories and objects territories that is especially guarded. The special part is sanctified to the internationally legal mechanism of guard of natural environment. Для видання обрані найбільш актуальні теми та проблеми сучасної екології. У загальній частині розглядаються кваліфікаційні принципи екології, поняття екології, види прав на природні об'єкти та ресурси, форми відповідальності за екологічні правопорушення, система органів державного управління в галузі екології.
