Abstract

У статті досліджено філософсько-правове розуміння ґенези ідеї відповідальності в праві на тлі становлення і розвитку філософсько- правової думки, в контексті різних інтерпретацій відповідальності з огляду на історичні особливості еволюції права, акцентуючи на сутнісних характеристиках відповідальності та її співвідношенні зі свободою. The article investigates the philosophical and legal understanding of the genesis of the idea of responsibility in law against the formation and development of philosophical and legal thought in the context of different interpretations of responsibility considering the historical features of the evolution of law and focusing on the essential characteristics of responsibility and its relationship to freedom.
