Місце інституту публічної скарги в адміністративному праві

Abstract

Порушується питання про співвідношення поліструктурного предмета адміністративного права й окремих адміністративно-правових інститутів, одним з яких є інститут публічної скарги, доводиться, що адміністративна юстиція не може бути окремою галуззю права, а є структурною частиною інституту публічної скарги і входить як складова інституція до системи фундаментальної галузі права, яким є адміністративне право.The article deals with the question concerning the correlation of polistructural subject of administrative law and separate administratively-legal institutions, one of which is the institution of public complaint; it is proved that administrative justice can not be a separate branch of law and it is the structural part of public complaint institution and component institute to the system of fundamental branch of law, which is administrative law.
