Децентралізація як напрям реформування кадрового забезпечення діяльності міліції України

Abstract

Аналізуються проблеми кадрового забезпечення діяльності міліції України, які унеможливлюють процес децентралізації органів внутрішніх справ, зокрема, у частині утворення місцевої міліції, обґрунтовуються рекомендації щодо напрямів їх вирішення для формування таких підрозділів в державі. The problems of the personnel providing of the activity of the militia of Ukraine which make the process of decentralizing the bodies of internal affairs, especially concerning creating the local militia, impossible, are analyzed; the recommendations pertaining to the directions of their solving for forming such units in the state are grounded.
