Особливості розвитку академічної мобільності в сучасних умовах

Abstract

У статті розглянуті основні проблеми, що перешкоджають практичному втіленню програм академічної мобільності в Україні та запропоновано шляхи їх розв’язання. Розкрито основні причини кризи академічної мобільності відповідно до сучасного соціально-економічного стану. Запропоновано основні заходи для підвищення ефективності академічної мобільності в сучасних умовах. Запропоновано нові шляхи управління системою вищої освіти на основі структурно-функціональних підходів. Запропоновано конкретні шляхи вироблення відповідної стратегії і тактики вищого освітнього закладу у розвитку академічної мобільності. The article describes such major problems that hinder the practical implementation of the programs of academic mobility, as the low level of awareness of students about opportunities to participate in programs of academic mobility, lack of motivation of students, the financial limitations of students to participate in programs of academic mobility, low financial support for academic mobility of universities, lack of the relationship between level of education and income, the brain drain from Ukraine, underdevelopment virtual academic mobility. It offers the following solutions to these problems: the expansion of informational support of academic mobility on the part of universities; increase student motivation by the student marketing; partial funding for academic mobility by the state or complete –by large corporations that are interested in future employment of students; lending academic mobility; the creation of funds to finance the academic mobility in universities; public policies that would reduce the gap between the level of education and income; the correct use of ECTS system; the increased use of distance learning programs.
