Конституційно-правова доктрина Станіслава Дністрянського

Abstract

Аналізується зміст та особливості конституційно-правової доктрини видатного українського вченого Станіслава Дністрянського (1870-1935), місця та ролі в ній конституції держави, конституційного законодавства, а також таких базових конституційно-правових інститутів як парламенту, уряду, судів, органу конституційного контролю. Окрема увага звернута на конституційно-правовий статус людини і громадянина, національних меншин, українського народу як єдиного джерела влади в своїй державі. The content and particularities of the constitutional and legal doctrine by outstanding Ukrainian scientist Stanislav Dnistrianskyi (1870–1935), the place and role of state constitution, constitutional laws, as well as the basic constitutional and legal institutions such as the parliament, the government, courts, and a constitutional control authority are analysed. Particular attention is drawn to the constitutional and legal status of a person and a citizen, national minorities, and the Ukrainian people as the only source of power in their state.
