Abstract

Навчальний посібник підготовлено на основі чинного законодавства України та практики застосування Європейським судом з прав людини Європейської конвенції з прав людини. Нормативний матеріал подано станом на 11 червня 2019 року. Це видання буде корисним для студентів під час вивчення навчальної дисципліни «Застосування практики Європейського суду з прав людини при здійсненні правосуддя у цивільних справах», аспірантів, викладачів, а також суддів, адвокатів, нотаріусів, юрисконсультів, усіх, хто цікавиться питаннями застосування практики Європейського суду з прав людини. The study guide has been prepared on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights application of the European Convention on Human Rights. This study guide will be useful for students in studying the academic discipline «Applying the practice of the European Court of Human Rights in the administration of justice in civil matters», postgraduate students, teachers, as well as judges, lawyers, notaries, legal advisers, all who are interested in applying the practice of the European Court on human rights. The normative material in the manual has been submitted as of June 11, 2019.
