Новели міжнародної охорони організацій мовлення: досвід ВОІВ

Abstract

У цій роботі автор розглядає низку питань, пов'язаних з правовою охороною суміжних прав організацій мовлення на міжнародному рівні. При цьому в основу дослідження покладено приписи проекту Договору про охорону прав організацій мовлення, а також сформульовані у рекомендаціях, робочих документах узагальнення Постійного комітету з авторського права і суміжних прав ВОІВ. In this paper, the author considers a number of issues related to the legal protection of related rights of broadcasting organizations at the international level. The study is based on the provisions of the draft Agreement on the Protection of the Rights of Broadcasting Organizations, as well as formulated in the recommendations, working documents of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights.
