Кадрова безпека через призму понятійно-категоріального апарату економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність понятійно-категоріального апарату економічної безпеки підприємства, а на його основі розглянуто підсистему кадрової безпеки. Зосереджено увагу на поняттях «безпека», «персонал» і «кадровий потенціал», зроблено висновки, що найбільш доцільно розглядати підсистему кадрової безпеки підприємства шляхом аналізу кадрового потенціалу. Проаналізовано ресурсно-функціональний підхід до економічної безпеки підприємства, де функціональною складовою є кадрова безпека. Зроблено акцент на тому факті, що основною різницею між кадровою безпекою та іншими складовими економічної безпеки підприємства є те, що в рамках кадрової безпеки персонал виступає як об’єктом, так і суб’єктом безпеки в розрізі функціональної сфери. Запропоновано шляхи забезпечення кадрової безпеки через формування кадрового потенціалу. In the article the essence of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of economic security of the enterprise is investigated and on the basis of it the subsystem of personnel security is considered. The focus is on the concepts of “safety”, “personnel” and “human resources”. The authors draw attention to the fact that the analysis of human resources in the enterprise is the basis of the subsystem of security of personnel of the enterprise. The resource-functional approach to economic safety of the enterprise is analyzed, where the functional component is personnel security. The article focuses on what are both an object and a subject of personnel security. This determines the main difference between personnel security and other components of the company’s economic security. The article substantiates that the formation of human resources is the basis of personnel security provision.
