Гуманізація міжособистісних взаємин – чинник розвитку духовності особистості

Abstract

Стаття присвячена гуманізації міжособистісних взаємин молоді – вагомому чиннику розвитку та формування особистості. Автор аналізує погляди вітчизняних дослідників, які вивчають проблеми духовності, спілкування, ціннісних орієнтацій, самосвідомості, здібностей, взаємин особистості у процесі виконання нею різних професійних і соціальних функцій. У статті зазначено, що духовність – це багатовимірна система, складниками якої є утворення в структурі свідомості та самосвідомості особистості. Складниками структури особистості є темперамент (тип нервової системи), ідейна спрямованість (система потреб, інтересів, моральних ідеалів, цінностей), здібності (система інтелектуальних, вольових та емоційних властивостей). Становлення та розвиток особистості зумовлені провідними напрямами соціалізації, що здебільшого залежить від ступеня залученості кожного індивіда до взаємодії у різних суспільних сферах і напрямах. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що саме у підлітковому віці закладаються основи подальшого розвитку духовності особистості. Показано, що до зазначеного вікового етапу розвиток самосвідомості здійснювався стихійно, переважно без залучення суб’єкта в процес його формування. Доведено, що особистість, яка свідомо визначає свій життєвий шлях, життєву та громадянську позицію, творить сама себе, перебудовує власний внутрішній світ, стає суб’єктом саморозвитку, самореалізації, самовиховання. Процес самовизначення особистості засновується на особливостях гуманізації міжособистісних взаємин. Саме це є провідним чинником розвитку духовності особистості. Порівняння себе зі світом, з конкретними суспільно-історичними та індивідуальними умовами буття і є духовним складником життєвого самовизначення особистості. The article is devoted to the humanization of interpersonal relationships of young people – a signifcant factor in the development and formation of personality. The author analyzes the views of domestic researchers who study the problems of spirituality, communication, value orientations, self-awareness, abilities, relationships of the individual in the process of performing various professional and social functions. In the article it is stated that spirituality is a multidimensional system, the components of which are the formation in the structure of consciousness and self-consciousness of the individual. It is shown that constituents of personality structure are temperament (type of nervous system), ideological orientation (system of needs, interests, moral ideals and values), ability (system of intellectual, volitional and emotional properties). It is stated that the formation and development of the personality are due to the leading directions of socialization. To a large extent, it depends on the degree of involvement of everyone in interaction in different social spheres and directions. Attention is drawn to the fact that it is during adolescence that the foundations for the further development of the spirituality of the individual are laid. It is shown that at a certain age stage the development of self-awareness was carried out spontaneously, mainly without involving the subject in the process of its formation. It has been proved that by mastering the process of self-determination, consciously defning one’s life path, one’s life and civic position, one not only becomes a subject of one’s own life, he creates himself, rebuilds his inner world, becomes a subject of self-development, self-realization, self-realization, thus showing their activity. It is determined that the process of self-determination determines the peculiarities of humanization of interpersonal relationships, which is a leading factor in the development of personality spirituality. It is shown that juxtaposition of oneself with the world, with specifc socio-historical and individual conditions of being and is a spiritual component of the vital self-determination of the individual.
