Основи адміністративно-правового захисту учасників виборів і референдумів в Україні: монографія

Abstract

Зміст монографії є актуальним в контексті розвитку демократії в Україні. У роботі окреслено розвиток інституту суб’єктів виборчого права, здійснено порівняльну характеристику вітчизняної та зарубіжної нормативної бази, що регламентує захист учасників виборів і референдумів, розкрито теоретичні та практичні положення методології адміністративно-правового захисту учасників виборів і референдумів, узагальнено відомості щодо впливу злочинності на стан захисту учасників виборів і референдумів, внесено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення законодавства України. Пропонується для використання викладачам і студентам вищих навчальних закладів, а також працівникам правоохоронних органів України. The content of the monograph is relevant in the context of the development of democracy in Ukraine. The development of the institute of subjects of electoral law is outlined, the comparative characteristics of the domestic and foreign normative base that regulates the protection of the participants of the elections and referendums is made, the theoretical and practical provisions of the methodology of administrative and legal protection of the participants of the elections and referendums are revealed, information concerning the impact of crime on the state protection of the election and referendum participants is generalized, the proposals for improving the legislation of Ukraine are given in the work. It is offered for use by teachers and students of higher educational establishments, as well as law enforcement officers of Ukraine.
