Проблеми забезпечення лістингу акцій на фондовому ринку України

Abstract

Здійснено теоретичне дослідження поняття лістингу акцій, наукових підходів до процедури лістингу акцій на фондовому ринку. Досліджено суть поняття «лістинг акцій». Розглянуто взаємозв’язок акціонерного товариства з фінансовими суб’єктами через лістинг акцій і проблеми, що водночас виникають. Окреслено коло проблем, які впливають на емісію, лістинг акцій вітчизняних акціонерних товариств, за допомогою аналізу фондового ринку й операцій, пов’язаних із емісією акцій. The article carries out a theoretical study of the concept of listing shares, scientifc approaches to the procedure of listing shares on the stock market. The defnition of "stock listing" is given. The relationship of a joint-stock company with fnancial entities through the listing of shares and the problems associated with it are considered. The range of problems affecting the issue and listing of shares of domestic joint stock companies, by analyzing the stock market and transactions related to the issue of shares, is overviewed. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the essence of the concept "stock listing", to determine the negative factors affecting the level of listing, to systematize the problems of stock listing affecting the domestic stock market. Results. The article considers the essence of the concept "securities listing", defnes the procedure for listing on the domestic stock exchange and identifes the levels of listing. The issue of securities on the stock market of Ukraine, listing, trading volumes of securities are analyzed. The main directions for optimizing the listing procedure, ensuring the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of domestic joint stock companies are identifed. Conclusion. Today, there are a number of problems with listing in Ukraine. With the additional issue of shares or bonds there are problems of attracting investors, a signifcant level of inflation has reduced the fnancial capacity of potential investors, and a signifcant number of public companies show a signifcant decrease in net income. The proposed areas for optimizing the listing of joint stock companies will increase the investment attractiveness of joint stock companies, as well as provide a guarantee of fnancial security to investors.
