Abstract

Як відомо, формування сприятливого мікроклімату на занятті з іноземної мови здійснюється викладачем за умови правильного вибору форм, прийомів та засобів організації навчально-виховного процесу. Важливим у створенні сприятливого мікроклімату заняття є поведінка викладача, його мова, співпраця з студентами, взаємоповага. Мікроклімат заняття іноземної мови є вирішальним чинником у формуванні успішного навчально-виховного процесу. Однак життя вносить свої корективи. Карантин змусив переміститися з аудиторій у свої домівки і перейти на навчання онлайн. Такий перехід виявився тестом для викладачів не лише на професійність, але і на здатність швидко мислити, переорієнтовуватися із звичних добре відпрацьованих методик і засобів навчання на новітні, у короткий термін освоїти та привести відповідно до вимог сьогодення роботу з дистанційними навчальними платформами. Всі кинулися шукати допоміжні платформи для організації дистанційного онлайн навчання і багато з нас відкрили для себе новий, незнаний досі, світ онлайн навчання. І коли вже всі освоїлися в новому віртуальному середовищі, виникла ще одна, дуже важлива проблема – як створити сприятливий мікроклімат, який сприятиме формуванню бажання в студентів вивчати іноземну мову, як утримати стійку увагу студентів по той бік екрана. As you know, the formation of a favourable microclimate at the foreign language lesson is carried out by the teacher, due to the right choice of forms, techniques and means of organizing the educational process. Important in creating a contributory ambience of the class is the teacherʼs behaviour, his/her language, cooperation with students, mutual respect. The microclimate of foreign language classes is a decisive factor in shaping a successful educational process. However, life makes its own adjustments. Quarantine forced people to move from classrooms to their homes and switch to online training. Such transition turned out to be a big challenge not only to professionalism, but also to the ability to think quickly, to reorient from the usual methods and teaching aids to new ones, to master and adjust in accordance with the new requirements of the present work with distance learning platforms in short time. Everyone rushed to look for supporting platforms for organizing distance online learning and many of us discovered a new previously unknown world of online learning. And when everyone had already got used to the new virtual environment, another, very important problem arose – how to create a favourable microclimate that would contribute to the formation of studentsʼ desire to learn a foreign language, how to keep steady attention of students on the other side of the screen.
