The role of personnel planning in the modern personnel management

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основні переваги реалізації кадрового планування для підприємств. Запропоновано алгоритм планування потреб персоналу. У дослідженні проаналізовано основні методи визначення чисельності персоналу та обґрунтовано методику розрахунку потреби у спеціалістах. За результатами дослідження запропоновано структуру типового оперативного плану роботи з персоналом. The study analyzed the main benefits for the company in the implementation of personnel planning. An algorithm for staff needs planning is proposed. Moreover, the study analyzed the main methods of determining the number of staff and substantiates the method of calculating the need for specialists in the future. Based on research results the study offered the structure of the standard operational plan of work with the personnel.
