Особливості мотиваційної сфери сучасної молоді: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню проблеми специфіки мотиваційної сфери сучасної молоді. Проаналізовано психологічні наукові підходи з проблеми мотиваційної сфери особистості та визначено основні поняття. Обґрунтовано психологічні чинники та механізми розвитку мотиваційної сфери сучасної студентської молоді. Результати емпіричного дослідження дозволили констатувати, що структурна ієрархія мотивів навчально-професійної діяльності студентської молоді має свою специфіку та не є статичною, а видозмінюється протягом навчальної діяльності. Внутрішні мотиваційні фактори професійної діяльності студентської молоді мають перевагу над зовнішніми. В учбовій мотивації досліджуваних домінують такі мотиви як «отримання диплому», мотив «оволодіння професією», мотив «отримання знань». The work is devoted to the study of the problem of the specifics of the motivational sphere of modern youth. Psychological scientific approaches to the problem of the motivational sphere of personality are analyzed and the basic concepts are defined. Psychological factors and mechanisms of development of motivational sphere of modern student youth are substantiated. The results of the empirical study allowed us to state that the structural hierarchy of motives for educational and professional activities of student youth has its own specifics and is not static, but changes during educational activities. Internal motivational factors of professional activity of student youth have an advantage over external ones. The educational motivation of the subjects is dominated by such motives as "obtaining a diploma", the motive of "mastering the profession", the motive of "obtaining knowledge".
