Anti-crisis strategy in the system of ensuring financial security of the engineering enterprise: theoretical and practical aspect (Scopus)

Дослідження проблем забезпечення безпеки необхідно розпочинати із самого сектору, а саме промисловості. Промисловість охоплює широкий спектр галузей. Посилення існуючих та поява нових загроз суттєво негативно впливає на галузь машинобудування, як одну з найбільш чутливих серед інших. У статті запропоновано карту вибору стратегії антикризового управління забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства, яка, на відміну від існуючих, формується виходячи з необхідності врахування чотирьох основних параметрів: типу системи безпеки та стратегії забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства, типу впливу загрози, наявність потреби в антикризовому управлінні та наявність ресурсів – усе це разом дозволило обґрунтувати зміст восьми можливих варіантів стратегії. Вона дозволяє обґрунтувати зміст восьми можливих варіантів стратегії, застосування яких дозволяє мінімізувати виникнення кризи, з максимальною ефективністю впроваджувати захисні антикризові заходи та забезпечувати необхідний рівень захисту підприємства. Наприклад, десять провідних машинобудівних підприємств Східної Європи були відібрані для відображення практичного застосування картки вибору стратегії. Позиціонування підприємства відбувалося з урахуванням експертних досліджень. A study of the problems of ensuring security should begin with the sector itself, namely industry. Industry includes a significant number of industries ranging. The strengthening of existing threats and the emergence of new ones have a significant negative impact on the engineering industry, as one of the most sensitive among others. The article proposes a map of choosing the anti-crisis management strategy for ensuring the financial security of the enterprise, which, unlike the existing ones, is formed on the basis of the need to take into account four basic parameters: the type of security system, the type of threat exposure, the existence of a need for anti-crisis management and the availability of resources, all together allowed substantiate the content of eight possible strategy options. It allows substantiating the content of eight possible strategy options, the application of which allows minimizing the occurrence of a crisis, implementing protective anti-crisis measures with maximum efficiency and ensuring the necessary level of enterprise protection. For example, ten leading Eastern European engineering enterprises were selected to reflect the practical application of the strategy selection card. The positioning of the enterprise occurred taking into account expert research.
