Abstract

Монографія присвячена дослідженню тенденцій змін у кримінальній юстиції (матеріальне та процесуальне право) в умовах війни. Розглянуто тенденції та проблеми змін у кримінальному та кримінальному процесуальному праві у кореляції з правами людини. The monograph is devoted to the study of the trends of changes in criminal justice (substantive and procedural law) in the conditions of war. The trends and problems of changes in criminal and criminal procedural law in correlation with human rights are considered.
