Abstract

Навчальний посібник розроблено відповідно до програми навчальної дисципліни «Міжнародний захист прав людини». Розкрито суть, основні стандарти та механізми міжнародної системи захисту прав людини, проаналізовано інституційні та конвенційні механізми захисту прав людини в світі, особливу увагу приділено захисту прав людини в системі Ради Європи на основі Конвенції про захист прав людини та основоположних свобод. Проаналізовано основні статті Конвенції, щодо яких спостерігається найбільше поданих заяв до Європейського суду з прав людини. Для здобувачів вищої освіти, які навчаються за спеціальністю «Право», а також викладачів, практичних працівників і усіх, хто цікавиться питаннями міжнародного захисту прав людини. The manual is developed in accordance with the program of the study discipline «International protection of human rights». The essence, main standards and mechanisms of the international system of human rights protection are revealed, institutional and conventional mechanisms of human rights protection in the world are analyzed, special attention is paid to the protection of human rights in the Council of Europe system based on the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The main articles of the Convention have been analysed, with regard to which the most applications to the European Court of Human Rights are observed The manual is designed for higher education students studying Law, as well as teachers, practical workers and all those interested in issues of international human rights protection.
