Часова перспектива особистості як важливий чинник її учбової мотивації

Abstract

У статті розглядається процес становлення мотивації учбової діяльності школярів та студентів. Теоретично обґрунтована наявність взаємозв’язку між особливостями часової перспективи особистості та її учбовою мотивацією. На основі аналізу емпіричних досліджень часової перспективи особистості та її мотивації учбової діяльності доведено, що часова перспектива є важливим фактором мотивації поведінки суб’єкта. Вплив часової перспективи особистості на її поведінку є однією із найважливіших проблем не лише теорії, а й практичних досліджень у сфері психологічного часу. Часова перспектива впливає на мотивацію поточної діяльності за допомогою сприйняття її інструментальних відношень. При наявності тривалої часової перспективи більш успішними в її реалізації є суб’єкти із мотивацією досягнення, ніж із мотивацією уникнення невдач. Наявність часової перспективи, визначеність у професійних планах значно змінюють ставлення до навчальних завдань, підвищуючи рівень мотивації. The process of formation a motivating learning activity of schoolchildren and students is discussed in the article. The relationship between peculiarities of the personality temporal perspective and its training motivation are theoretically grounded. On the basis of empirical studies of temporal perspective of personality and its motivation training activities it is proved that temporal perspective is an important factor of motivating behavior of the subject. The influence of temporal perspectives of personality on its behavior is one of the most important problems not only in theory, but practical research in the field of psychology. Time perspective affects the motivation of current activity using the perception of its instrumental relationship. In case of long time perspectives more successful in its implementation are the subjects with motivation to achieve something than the subjects with motivation to avoid failure. The availability of a temporal perspective, certainty in professional plans significantly alter the attitudes towards educational tasks, increasing the level of motivation. Formation of motivation is not just the growth of positive or increased negative attitudes to learning. Content and dynamic characteristics of this sphere are related to the complexity of the existing structure and motives that are included, the emergence of new more mature, but sometimes contradictory relationship between them. Despite of the rather wide spectrum of research in the sphere of students’ training motivation in our time, factors of formation and dynamics of the motivation of the subjects study remain unlearned, in particular, learning of the English language.
