Суспільно-історичне та психолого-педагогічне підґрунтя проблеми правового виховання старшокласників

Abstract

У статті зроблено спробу аналізу суспільно-історичного та психолого-педагогічного підґрунтя проблеми правового виховання старшокласників у другій половині ХХ століття. Доведено, що правове виховання стає частиною цілісного процесу, науково оформляється його педагогічний інструментарій, ведеться активна підготовка педагогів до роботи у цій царині. Аналіз наукових та методичних джерел свідчить, що правове виховання старшокласників з огляду на суспільні реалії та вимоги держави виходить далеко поза межі урочної діяльності й активно поширюється на зміст виховної роботи загальноосвітньої школи. Обґрунтовано особливості психічного розвитку старшокласників і специфіку формування їхньої правосвідомості. An attempt to analyse the socio-historical, psychological and pedagogical foundation of the problems of law education of senior students in the second half of the twentieth century were made. It has been proved that law education becomes a part of integral process of education, the pedagogical tools of law education have been scientifically presented as well as the active training of teachers working in the field studied has been conducted. Analysis of scientific and methodological sources proves that law education of senior students under the social conditions and the requirements of the state goes far beyond the limits of classesand spreads over the contents of educational work at the secondary school. The features of mental development of senior students and peculiarities of their law consciousness formation are grounded. The pedagogical conditions of law education are successfully defined. The significance of the impact of state bodies and public organizations on the law and educational processis proved. The contradictions and problems of the process under consideration caused by the total influence of ideology on the educational process such as the priority focus on existing party doctrine, one-sided advocacy of a certain class, authoritarianism of education etc are found out. The basic ways, methods and forms of organizing the law education of senior students due to the social demands and special features of juvenile age are being analysed. The peculiarities of methods of law education and law consciousness formation of young people in the period under study are grounded. The priority of socio-historical and psychological and pedagogical conditions in the process of law education is proved. The reasons for social crisis in the late twentieth century and the need for restructuring the foundations of law education of children and youth are defined.
