Вербальні засоби творення фахового контексту художнього твору: лінгвокогнітивний і лінгвостилістичний аспекти (на матеріалі роману А. Хейлі «Airport»): автореферат

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню лінгвостилістичних засобів творення фахового контексту професійного роману на засадах когнітивно-дискурсивної парадигми. Уведено поняття фонового контексту художнього твору та запропоновано його визначення й модель, подано визначення фахового контексту професійного роману. Обґрунтовано вибір процедури лінгвокогнітивного моделювання як основної форми аналізу концептуального простору професійного роману, представлено етапи дослідження структурно-семантичних особливостей вербалізації концептуального простору роману, що відображає фаховий контекст твору, та мовностилістичних засобів актуалізації фахового контексту. Здобуті результати засвідчили, що концепт AIRPORT функціонує як текстовий концепт, художнє переосмислення цього концепту в романі додало нових ознак до його когнітивно-семантичного поля, розширило номінативне поле та дозволило реалістично відтворити фахове середовище сучасного аеропорту. Аналіз мовних засобів вербалізації фахового середовища твору засвідчив визначальну роль термінологічної лексики в об’єктивації фахового контексту професійного роману. The research deals with the analysis of the linguo-stylistic means of the professional context verbalization in a literary work within the framework of the cognitive-discursive paradigm. The notion ‘background context’ is introduced and the determination of the notion and its structural model are discussed. The main characteristics of the professional context of the business novel are determined and the definition of the notion ‘professional context of business novel’ is suggested. Linguo-cognitive modeling is chosen as the main procedure of investigating the conceptual space of the professional novel. The results have shown the concept AIRPORT functions in the novel as the basic text context. The literary representation of this concept in the texture of the novel adds new characteristics to its cognitive-semantic field, expands the nominative field, and helps to reconstruct the professional environment of the modern airport in the most realistic manner. The lexical basis of the novel is professionally determined. The dominant role of terms in the texture of the novel demonstrates the determination of the author to reconstruct the professional context of the novel in full capacity of its professional realities and relationships. The terminological lexis verbalize the conceptual structure of the novel: the verbal basis of actualizing the concept AIRPORT in A. Hailey’s novel makes up half of the general verbal basis of the text: the number of terms used in the direct verbal context equals 46,2 % of the whole text and 60,39 % of the text fragments describe professional realities of the airport. Thus, terminological lexis structures the novel “Airport” by A. Hailey. The professional context in the novel is explicit, it is actualized by terms. The author is attentive to details, explaining complicated professional notions, he and his characters use other terms which expand the verbal basis of the professional context explication. Verbal markers of contextualization of the professional context function as effective means of reconstructing the specific institutional environment in the business novel; they are productive means of actualizing the spacial, temporal, and anthropological factors that determine the complicated relationships among the characters in the professional world of the novel. Terminological lexis makes up the major part of the lexical basis of contextualization markers. In the stylistically marked context of the literary novel neutral terms attain stylistic coloring.
