Превентивні функції в діяльності патрульної поліції

Abstract

У статті досліджено роз’яснювально-превентивну діяльність (превенцію) як стратегічний напрям діяльності поліції. Проаналізовано поняття превенції, її види та кінцеву мету. На основі узагальнень функцій патрульної поліції виокремлено превентивні функції Департаменту превентивної діяльності Національної поліції України. The intermediate goal is determined by the specific situation of prevention, as well as the tactical situation that arises in the application of certain preventive measures. Investigated explanatory-preventive activities (prevention) as the strategic direction of the police. On the basis of distributions patrol police singled out preventive functions of the Department of National Preventive Police of Ukraine, namely organized within the scope of preventive and preventive activities to prevent the commission of offenses; interacts with structural units of the National Police, Ministry of Internal Affairs, other law enforcement agencies on preventive and prevention activities; provides drafting laws and other regulations and documents concerning the provision of preventive activities and preventive activities; carries out individual preventive work with those who are on prophylactic registration in subordinate units; prevent children committing offenses organizes individual preventive work with juveniles in conflict with the law; organize general preventive work with children, including at home, in schools and educational institutions. The conclusions on the main task of the police, which is to change the conceptual principles of service and operational activities, is away from public-oriented priorities and philosophy asserting socially-oriented proactive (preventive) activities.
