Організація управління підприємством (на прикладі ПрАТ «СК»УНІКА»): кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто сутність понять «управління» та «управління підприємством» і виділено основні проблеми управління, які впливають на ефективність діяльності підприємства. Також розглянуто типову систему управління, яка може бути реалізована у страховій компанії, та наведено класифікацію організаційних структур управління підприємствами за основними ознаками. Проведено аналіз фінансових показників ПрАТ «СК»УНІКА» та виокремлено ключові тенденції, що спостерігаються. Проаналізовано основні методи та інструменти управління, оцінено їх ефективність, та здійснено оцінку впливу сильних та слабких сторін, факторів та загроз на ефективність управління страховиком за допомогою SWOT-аналізу. Надано рекомендації для покращення організації та управління підприємством з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій. The work examines the essence of the concepts of "management" and "enterprise management" and identifies the key management issues that influence the effectiveness of enterprise activities. It also examines a typical management system that can be implemented in an insurance company and presents a classification of organizational management structures based on fundamental characteristics. An analysis of the financial indicators of PJSC "SK"UNIKA" has been conducted, highlighting the significant trends observed. The main methods and tools of management have been analyzed, assessing their effectiveness, and evaluating the impact of strengths, weaknesses, factors, and threats on the management effectiveness of the insurance company using SWOT analysis. Recommendations have been provided to enhance the organization and management of the enterprise, taking into consideration current trends.
