Перша психологічна допомога і її важливість в кризовому суспільстві: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Робота присвячена вивченню емоційних станів людей в кризовій ситуації та особливостей наданнюпершої психологічної допомоги в кризовому суспільстві. У роботі опрацьовано основні особливості першої психологічної допомоги; описано види структура та протоколи проведення першої психологічної допомоги; визначено основні прояви кризових ситуацій; виявлено емоційні стани людей,які частіше всього потребують першої психологічної допомоги. Для реалізації завдань дослідження, було підібрано тести – опитувальники, анкета, емпіричні дослідження, що включали методики:«Шкала диференційних емоцій» (ШДЕ) К.Ізарда (адаптація А.В.Леонова, М.С. Капіца;методика самооцінки психічних станів Г. Азейнка. опитувальник посттравматичних когніцій (Posttraumatic Cognitions Inventory, PCTI) створений E.B.Foa, A.Ehlers, D.M.Clark,Tolin, S.M.Orsillo, опитування створеного на основі Глобального скринінгу психологічної травми (Global Psychotrauma Screen). The work is devoted to the study of the emotional states of people in a crisis situation and the peculiarities of providing psychological first aid in a crisis society. The work elaborates the main features of psychological first aid; the types of structure and protocols of psychological first aid are described; the main manifestations of crisis situations are defined; the emotional states of people who most often need psychological first aid are revealed. To implement the research tasks, tests were selected - questionnaires, questionnaires, empirical studies, which included the following methods: "Scale of Differential Emotions" (SDE) by K. Izard (adaptation by A. V. Leonov, M. S. Kapitsa; method of self-assessment of mental states by G. .Azeinka, questionnaire of post-traumatic cognitions(Posttraumatic Cognitions Inventory, PCTI) створений E.B.Foa, A.Ehlers, D.M.Clark,Tolin, S.M.Orsillo,a survey created on the basis of the Global Screening for Psychological Trauma(Global Psychotrauma Screen).
