Позитивістсько-правові концептуальні засади інтуїтивної культури юриста

Abstract

Стаття присвячена характеристиці концептуальним засадам інтуїтивної культури юриста – як основоположним істинам, законам, що лежить в основі інших істин, положень, основних правил, установок для будь-якої діяльності, норм поведінки, зрештою імперативів, та аналізу впливу їх на формування інтуїтивної культури юриста. У дослідженні проводиться детальний аналіз позитивістсько-правових концептуальних засад інтуїтивної культури юриста, до яких віднесено наступні засади: інтелектуальності; доповнюваності; системності; свободи; простоти; наочності; гуманізму; спостережливості; справедливості; відповідальності. The article is devoted to the characteristic of conceptual principles of intuitive culture of lawyer as a fundamental truth, rules which form the basis of another truth, regulations, the main acts, rules for any activities, norms of behavior, at last imperatives and analysis of influence for the formation of intuitive culture of lawyer. The research deals with the detail analysis of positivist and legal conceptual principles of intuitive culture of lawyer to which the next principles are referred: intellectuality, supplement, system, freedom, simplicity, visuality, humanism, power of observation, justice, responsibility.
