Mental and Behavioural Disorders as a Result of Using Alcohol and Psychoactive Substances (Web of Science, Scopus)

Abstract

Вживання алкоголю та психоактивних речовин проявляється у швидкому руйнуванні поведінкових механізмів. Залежність від цих речовин також зумовлює негативні зміни в диспозиційних характеристиках особистості. Метою наукової статті є визначення специфіки психічних та поведінкових розладів, які можуть виникати та розвиватися внаслідок вживання людиною алкоголю та психоактивних речовин, встановлення тенденцій у вивченні цього питання в наукових колах, а також з'ясування окремих практичних аспектів цієї проблеми. У ході дослідження було використано аналітико-бібліографічний метод для вивчення наукової літератури з питань психічних та поведінкових розладів, що виникають внаслідок вживання алкоголю та психоактивних речовин. Для вивчення та обробки даних застосовувалися індукція, дедукція, аналіз, синтез інформації, системно-структурний, порівняльний, логіко-лінгвістичний методи, абстрагування та ідеалізація. Водночас для практичного з’ясування окремих аспектів психічних та поведінкових розладів внаслідок вживання психоактивних речовин та алкоголю авторами дослідження було проведено анкетування в онлайн-режимі. За результатами дослідження визначено основні та найбільш важливі теоретичні аспекти проблеми, пов’язані з психічними та поведінковими розладами, що можуть виникати та розвиватися внаслідок вживання людиною алкоголю та психоактивних речовин. Також висвітлено позицію науковців-викладачів медичних спеціальностей закладів вищої освіти та лікарів-наркологів щодо ключових практичних аспектів окресленої проблематики. The use of alcohol and psychoactive substances manifests itself in the rapid destruction of behavioral mechanisms. Dependence on these substances suppresses a person’s behavioral and personal traits. The purpose of the academic paper is to determine the specifi cs of mental and behavioral disorders that may arise and develop as a result of a person’s use of alcohol and psychoactive substances, to establish tendencies in studying this issue in scientifi c circles, and to clarify certain practical aspects of this problem. In the course of the research, an analytical and bibliographic method was used to study the scientifi c literature on mental and behavioral disorders that occur as a result of using alcohol and psychoactive substances. Induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis of information, systemstructural, comparative, logical-linguistic methods, abstraction, and idealization were applied to study and process data. At the same time, a questionnaire in online mode was conducted by the research authors for the practical clarifi cation of particular aspects of mental and behavioral disorders due to using psychoactive substances and alcohol. Based on the research results, the principal and most important theoretical aspects of problems related to mental and behavioral disorders that may arise and develop as a result of a person’s use of alcohol and psychoactive substances are identifi ed. Along with this, a standpoint of scientists-teachers of medical specialties of higher educational institutions and narcologists was studied regarding the key practical aspects of the issue outlined.
