Abstract

Наукову розвідку присвячено проблемі перебігу синдрому «емоційного вигорання» у співробітників Національної поліції України. Здійснено огляд основних наукових концепцій дослідження, з яких домінуючою є аргументування сутності основних понять зазначеного феномену в межах психологічної науки. Здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз особливостей професійної діяльності співробітників Національної поліції України та їх вплив на появлення основних симптомів синдрому «емоційного вигорання». Зазначено, що специфічні умови професійної діяльності співробітників Національної поліції України різняться тим, що вони містять значну кількість ситуацій, котрим є притаманна висока емоційна насиченість та когнітивна складність міжособистісної комунікації, що, вимагає значних зусиль зі сторони правоохоронців налагоджувати довірливі взаємовідносини й уміння керувати власним емоційним станом під час ділової комунікації з об’єктами професійної діяльності. Встановлено, що специфічні умови службової діяльності співробітників Національної поліції України, а саме: ризикований кшталт професійної діяльності з несподіваними наслідками (поранення, травми), комунікація з просуспільними елементами, повсякчасні психологічні й фізичні перевантаження, досить часто спричинюють певні відхилення у психічній діяльності правоохоронця, появу ПТСР, нахил до протиправної поведінки й професійної деформації, високий рівень конфліктності, агресивності тощо. Встановлено, що загальними детермінантами виникнення феномену «емоційного вигорання» у співробітників Національної поліції України є присутність внутрішнього конфлікту поміж наявними вимогами, значна привабливістю служби в поліції, очікування й потенційні можливості правоохоронця. Встановлено, що синдром «емоційного вигорання» є реакцією організму й психологічної сфери правоохоронця, котра формується внаслідок довготривалого впливу стрес-факторів середнього рівня інтенсивності, котрі зумовлені його службовою діяльністю; результат незносного тривалого стресу; психологічний стан, котрий характеризується власне виникненням емоційного вакууму й втоми, викликаної службовою діяльністю, та консолідує в собі емоційний вакуум, деперсоналізацію й пониження рівня службових досягнень; вид та пропедевтику професійної деформації особистості. Scientific research is devoted to the problem of the course of the syndrome of "emotional burnout" among employees of the National Police of Ukraine. An overview of the main scientific concepts of the study was carried out, of which the dominant one is the argumentation of the essence of the main concepts of the specified phenomenon within the framework of psychological science. A thorough analysis of the peculiarities of the professional activity of the employees of the National Police of Ukraine and their influence on the appearance of the main symptoms of the "emotional burnout" syndrome was carried out. It is noted that the specific conditions of professional activity of employees of the National Police of Ukraine differ in that they contain a significant number of situations that are characterized by high emotional saturation and cognitive complexity of interpersonal communication, which requires significant efforts on the part of law enforcement officers to establish trusting relationships and the ability to manage their own emotional state during business communication with objects of professional activity. It has been established that the specific conditions of service of employees of the National Police of Ukraine, namely: a risky type of professional activity with unexpected consequences (injuries, injuries), communication with pro-social elements, constant psychological and physical overloads, quite often cause certain deviations in the mental activity of a law enforcement officer, the appearance PTSD, inclination to illegal behavior and professional deformation, high level of conflict, aggressiveness, etc. It was established that the common determinants of the phenomenon of "emotional burnout" among employees of the National Police of Ukraine are the presence of an internal conflict between existing requirements and, significant attractiveness of police service, expectations and potential opportunities of a law enforcement officer. It was established that the syndrome of "emotional burnout" is a reaction of the law enforcement officer's body and psychological sphere, which is formed as a result of long-term exposure to stress factors of medium intensity, which are caused by his official activity; the result of unbearable prolonged stress; a psychological state, which is characterized by the actual occurrence of emotional vacuum and fatigue caused by official activity, and consolidates emotional vacuum, depersonalization and lowering the level of official achievements; type and propaedeutics of professional personality deformation.
