Безпековий механізм підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства: дисертація

Abstract

Дисертаційна робота присвячена вирішенню наукового завдання, що полягає в теоретичному обґрунтуванні та розробленні методичних підходів для формування безпекового механізму підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства. У першому розділі «Теоретичні та методичні засади безпекового механізму підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства» розроблено теоретичний базис предметної площини дослідження безпекового механізму підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, що, на відміну від існуючих, базується на семантичному уточненні змістового навантаження таких базових понять як «конкуренція», «конкурентні переваги», «конкурентоспроможність», які в сукупності створюють комплексну характеристику діяльності підприємства, що забезпечує необхідну основу для провадження безпекової діяльності. На основні послідовного аналізу й представленої сутнісної моделі конкурентоспроможності, запропоновано розуміти під даним поняттям такий рівень функціональної та структурної організації підприємства, при якому можна говорити про можливість забезпечити процес виробництва та реалізації продукції та послуг на рівні, достатній для задоволення попиту та забезпечення високих ринкових позицій у відношенні до конкуруючих товаровиробників. Обґрунтовано сутність поняття «безпековий механізм» через встановлення взаємозв’язку між поняттями «механізм», «безпека», «безпека підприємства» і «безпекова діяльність», що, отримано на підставі морфологічного декомпозиційного аналізу ключових понять теоретичного базису дослідження та дає можливість формувати умови для утворення стратегічних конкурентних переваг підприємства завдяки активності суб’єктів безпеки. Сформовані методичні засади дозволили узагальнити теоретичні підходи і під безпековим механізмом підприємства розуміти сукупність елементів та складових цілісної системи досягнення безпечних умов розвитку на ринку й ефективної реалізації власні конкурентні переваги. Результати дослідження особливостей підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства із обґрунтуванням доцільності формування безпекового механізму засвідчили, що на сьогоднішній день, існують різні підходи до розуміння даного процесу, завдяки виділенню основних переваг й недоліків в методах проведення оцінювання. Визначено, що під рівнем конкурентоспроможності підприємства слід розуміти такий стан, при якому якість конкурентних переваг на ринку дозволяє демонструвати високий, середній або низький рівень конкуренції. Доведено, що ключовим аспектом підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства із застосуванням безпекового механізму повинен стати дієвий методичний підхід, який повинен враховувати сучасні умови розвитку, що уможливило формування відповідної теоретичної моделі. У другому розділі «Аналітичне підґрунтя формування безпекового механізму підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства» охарактеризовано основні аспекти діяльності промислових підприємств, які становили основу проведеного дослідження. За період п’яти років завдяки проведеному аналізу, були виявлені основні проблеми та ідентифіковані недоліки в розвитку промислових підприємств України. Встановлено факт наявності проблем в промисловому секторі економіки України і недостатню ефективність заходів для формування дієвої безпекової політики вітчизняними промисловими підприємствами, а також встановлено факт наявності низького пріоритету при управлінні підприємствами застосування безпекового механізму для розвитку. В результаті формування діаграми проблемних сполучень, обґрунтовано, що здійснювати заходи безпекової діяльності та реалізовувати безпековий механізм можливо лише при ефективному реагуванні на нові виклики, ризики та загрози середовища функціонування промислових підприємств. Розроблено методичний підхід до оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства, що, на відміну від існуючих, базується на використанні наявного аналітичного інструментарію, який синтезує в собі комплекс параметрів діяльності підприємства та створює можливість розроблення й виконання ефективних управлінських рішень у процесі застосування безпекового механізму. За основу методичного підходу взято сформовану модель оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства, яка за допомогою експертного методу та розрахунку інтегрального показника сприяє побудові інформаційного підгрунтя реалізації безпекового механізму. Обґрунтовано методичне забезпечення аналізування безпекового механізму підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства, яке відрізняється застосуванням методу функціонального моделювання IDEF0, що формує основу для коригування активності суб’єктів безпеки щодо ліквідації внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз та посилення конкурентних позицій підприємства в умовах неконтрольованої динаміки конкурентного середовища. У третьому розділі «Підходи до удосконалення безпекового механізму підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства» обґрунтовано визначальну роль ресурсів в процесі формування безпекового механізму підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності. Розроблено науковий підхід до оцінювання ресурсного забезпечення реалізації безпекового механізму, який ґрунтується на результатах комплексного інтегрального оцінювання трьох основних складових забезпечення (кадрове, організаційне та фінансове) у відповідності до визначених рівнів достатності (низький, середній, високий), що уможливлює для суб’єктів безпеки генерування конструктивних рішень відповідно до обраного вектору підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. В результаті проведених обчислень визначено раціональнооптимальний тип ресурсного забезпечення процесу реалізації безпекового механізму підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства. Розроблено безпековий механізм протидії загрозам, що, на відміну від існуючих, базується на визначеній сукупності та ієрархічній впорядкованості впливу ключових зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз та уможливлює формування інформаційного підґрунтя для вибору оптимального варіанту заходів, реалізація яких дає змогу підтримати необхідний рівень безпеки та уникнути втрати конкурентних переваг. Запропоновано під стратегією реалізації безпекового механізму підвищення конкурентоспроможності промислового підприємства розуміти модель чітко послідових заходів та дій, які спрямовані на протидію зовнішнім і внутрішнім загрозам та сприяють досягненню максимального результату щодо зміцнення позицій соціально-економічної системи в конкурентному середовищі функціонування. Обґрунтовано теоретико-прикладні засади розроблення і вибору стратегії реалізації безпекового механізму, особливістю якого є поєднання теоретичних засад створення стратегії із практичними аспектами здійснення безпекової діяльності в умовах функціонування українських промислових підприємств, що уможливило створення матриці, застосування якої формує в суб’єктів безпеки формує цілісне уявлення про умови досягнення цілей для забезпечення необхідного рівня конкурентоспроможності. The dissertation work is devoted to solving a scientific problem, which consists of the theoretical justification and development of methodological approaches for the formation of a security mechanism for increasing the level of competitiveness of an enterprise. In the first section «Theoretical and methodological foundations of the security mechanism for increasing the level of competitiveness of an enterprise», a theoretical basis for the subject plane of the study of the security mechanism for the competitiveness of an enterprise is developed, which, unlike the existing ones, is based on the semantic refinement of the content load of such basic concepts as «competition», «competitive advantages», and «competitiveness», which together create a comprehensive characteristic of the enterprise, providing the necessary basis for the implementation of security activities. Based on the main sequential analysis and the presented essential model of competitiveness, it is proposed to understand this concept as such a level of functional and structural organization of an enterprise, at which one can talk about the possibility of ensuring the process of production and sale of products and services at a level sufficient to meet demand and ensure high market positions in relation to competing manufacturers. The essence of the concept of «security mechanism» is substantiated by establishing the relationship between the concepts of «mechanism», «security», «enterprise security» and «safe activity», which is obtained on the basis of a morphological decomposition analysis of the key concepts of the theoretical basis of the study and makes it possible to form conditions for creating strategic competitive advantages of the enterprise due to the activity of security subjects. The formed methodological foundations made it possible to generalize theoretical approaches and understand the security mechanism as a set of elements and components of an integral system to achieve safe conditions for development in the market and the effective implementation of one's own competitive advantages. The results of the study of the features of increasing the level of competitiveness of an enterprise with the rationale for the feasibility of forming a security mechanism showed that today there are different approaches to understanding this process, by highlighting the main advantages and disadvantages in the assessment methods. It has been determined that the level of competitiveness of an enterprise should be understood as a state in which the quality of competitive advantages in the market makes it possible to demonstrate a high, medium, or low level of competition. It has been proved that the key aspect of increasing the level of competitiveness of an enterprise with the use of a security mechanism should be an effective methodological approach, which should take into account modern conditions of development, and made it possible to form an appropriate theoretical model. The second section «Analytical basis for the formation of a security mechanism for increasing the level of competitiveness of an enterprise» describes the main aspects of the activities of industrial enterprises, which formed the basis of the study. Over a period of five years, thanks to the analysis, the main problems were identified and shortcomings in the development of industrial enterprises in Ukraine were identified. The fact that there are problems in the industrial sector of the Ukrainian economy and the lack of effectiveness of measures to form an effective security policy by domestic industrial enterprises is established, as well as the fact that there is a low priority in the management of enterprises of the use of a security mechanism for development. As a result of the formation of a diagram of problem combinations, it is substantiated that it is possible to implement security measures and implement a security mechanism only with an effective response to new challenges, risks, and threats in the environment for the functioning of industrial enterprises. A methodical approach has been developed to assess the level of competitiveness of an enterprise, which, unlike the existing ones, is based on the use of existing analytical tools that synthesize a set of parameters of an enterprise's activities and create the possibility of developing and implementing effective management decisions in the process of applying a security mechanism. The basis of the methodological approach is the formed model for assessing the level of competitiveness of an industrial enterprise, which, using the expert method and calculating the integral indicator, contributes to the construction of the information basis for the implementation of the security mechanism. The methodological support for the analysis of the security mechanism for increasing the level of competitiveness of an industrial enterprise is substantiated, which is distinguished by the use of the IDEF0 functional modeling method, which forms the basis for adjusting the activity of security subjects to eliminate internal and external threats and strengthen the competitive position of an enterprise in the conditions of uncontrolled dynamics of a competitive environment. In the third section «Approaches to improving the mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise», the determining role of resources in the process of forming a security mechanism for increasing the level of competitiveness is substantiated. A scientific approach has been developed to assess the resource support for the implementation of the security mechanism, which is based on the results of a comprehensive integral assessment of the three main components of support (personnel, organizational and financial) in accordance with certain levels of sufficiency (low, medium, high), which allows for the generation of constructive decisions by the chosen vector of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. As a result of the calculations, a rational-optimal type of resource support for the process of implementing a security mechanism for increasing the level of competitiveness of an industrial enterprise was determined. A security mechanism for countering threats has been developed, which, unlike the existing ones, is based on a certain set and hierarchical ordering of the influence of key external and internal threats and allows the formation of an information basis for choosing the best option for measures, the implementation of which allows maintaining the required level of security and avoiding the loss of competitive advantages. It is proposed to understand the strategy of implementing the mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise as a model of clearly consistent measures and actions aimed at counteracting external and internal threats and contributing to the achievement of the maximum result in strengthening the position of the socio-economic system in a competitive operating environment. Theoretical and applied foundations for the development and selection of a strategy for implementing a security mechanism are substantiated, a feature of which is the combination of the theoretical foundations for creating a strategy with the practical aspects of carrying out activities in the conditions of the functioning of Ukrainian industrial enterprises, which allowed the creation of a matrix, the application of which forms a holistic view of the conditions for achieving security in the subjects of security. goals to ensure the required level of competitiveness.
