Проблеми використання термінологічних понять у галузі програмування та проєктування інформаційних систем

Abstract

Проаналізовано розвиток термінологічних понять у галузі інформаційних технологій, їх закріплення та застосування як на нормативно-правовому рівні, так і на рівні забезпечення освітнього процесу. Встановлено основні причини, що сприяли поширенню низки дефініцій в україномовному просторі, які не відповідають сутності, процесам чи однозначному трактуванню у сфері створення та використання інформаційних ресурсів, програмних продуктів, проєктування інформаційних систем. Констатовано, що для сучасної української термінології у галузі інформаційних технологій характерна генетична неоднорідність через вплив на неї різних лінгвістичних та інших чинників. За результатами проведеного аналізу генезису становлення української термінології (на прикладі формування таких термінів у програмуванні мовою С++, як "оператор" та "настанова"), сформульовано основні вимоги та завдання для розроблення пропозиції щодо запровадження єдиного й однозначного трактування окремих термінологічних понять у галузі інформаційних технологій. Обрані методологічні підходи дали змогу сформулювати постановку проблеми та дослідницьку гіпотезу, встановити шляхи вирішення описаної проблеми. Встановлено, що виходом із описаної ситуації може стати: закріплення на нормативно-правовому рівні термінології у галузі інформаційних технологій, наприклад, під час створення Інформаційного кодексу України, або створення та запровадження спеціалізованих термінологічних словників з інформаційних технологій. Кожен із запропонованих способів дає змогу забезпечити застосування єдиних термінологічних понять (дефініцій) під час навчання здобувачів вищої освіти у галузі інформаційних технологій, програмування, створення програмних продуктів та інформаційних систем у закладах вищої освіти на теренах усієї України, а надалі і їх правильне практичне застосування. The development of terminological concepts in the field of information technologies, their consolidation and application both at the normative and legal level and at the level of ensuring the educational process is analyzed. The main reasons that contributed to the spread of a number of definitions in the Ukrainian-speaking space, which do not correspond to the essence, processes or unambiguous interpretation in the field of creation and use of information resources, software products, information systems design, have been established. In the course of research we have revealed that modern Ukrainian terminology in the field of information technologies is characterized by genetic heterogeneity due to the influence of various linguistic and other factors on it. According to the results of the analysis of the genesis of the formation of Ukrainian terminology (using the example of the formation of such terms in C++ programming as "operator" and "statement"), the main requirements and tasks for the development of a proposal for the introduction of a single and unambiguous interpretation of certain terminological concepts in the field were formulated information technologies. The chosen methodological approaches enabled formulating a statement of the problem and a research hypothesis, and to establish ways of solving the described problem. The solution of the described situation can be as follows: consolidation of terminology in the field of information technologies at the normative and legal level, for example, during the creation of the Information Code of Ukraine, or the creation and introduction of specialized terminological dictionaries of information technologies. Each of the proposed ways allows ensuring the application of uniform terminological concepts (definitions) during the training of higher education students in the field of information technologies, programming, creation of software products and information systems in higher education institutions throughout Ukraine, and in the future and their correct practical application.
