Samobójstwo we wczesnej młodości jako zjawisko psychologiczne

Abstract

В умовах трансформації українського суспільства молода людина з характерними для неї емоційною нестійкістю, імпульсивністю дедалі частіше потрапляє у кризові ситуації, що супроводжуються депресивними переживаннями. Перешкоди, що стають на заваді досягненню життєвих цілей, реалізації мрій і видаються непереборними, змушують молоду людину шукати вихід із складних ситуацій, переосмислювати сенс буття. Саме в юнацькому віці загострюється проблема пошуку сенсу життя, зростає невпевненість у собі, особистісні та міжособистісні негаразди, які часто вирішуються шляхом зведення рахунків з життям. За результами вивчення джерелознавчої бази з проблем суїцидальних тенденцій у ранньому юнацькому віці виявлено, що важкість та складність самого суїцидального вчинку розмитість та неточність його причин, мотивів, витоків і наслідків пояснює той факт, що незважаючи на актуальність і глобальність проблеми маємо відносно незначну кількість суттєвих досліджень цього явища. Феномен суїциду в загальнопсихологічному аспекті трактується як поведінка людини, спрямована на її самознищення. У розгляді суїцидальної поведінки важливими є соціально-психологічні, біологічні, суспільні фактори, які впливають на її мотивацію. Суїцид – складний соціально-психологічний феномен, визначається вченими-психологами як основний кризовий стан особистості. Ознайомившись з низкою соціально-психологічних чинників, котрі деструктивно впливають на поведінку особи раннього юнацького віку, можемо відзначити, що більшість з них негативно позначаються на емоційній сфері особистості (депресія, агресія, різноманітні страхи, тривожність, дезадаптація, егоцентризм, стреси, неадекватна самооцінка тощо). Суїцид як вчинок характеризується вмотивованим наміром суб’єкта вбити себе, є наслідком поєднання впливу зовнішніх чинників та особистісної кризи психічно здорової людини або зумовлений розладами психіки хворої людини. With the Ukrainian society being rapidly transformed, the young people with their characteristic emotional instability and impulsivity increasingly fnd themselves in critical situations accompanied by depressive experiences. Obstacles that stand in the way of achieving their life goals and realizing their dreams seem insurmountable and force a young person to look for a way out of diffcult situations, to rethink the meaning of life. It is during adolescence that the problem of fnding the meaning of life becomes more acute, lack of confdence increases, as well as personal and interpersonal troubles appear, which are often resolved by settling accounts with life. Having studied the scientifc literature on the problems of suicidal tendencies in early youth, we have come to the conclusion that the diffculty and complexity of the suicidal act itself, the blurring and inaccuracy of its causes, motives, origins and consequences explains the fact that, despite the relevance and global nature of the problem, we have a relatively small number of signifcant studies of this phenomenon. The phenomenon of suicide in the general psychological aspect is interpreted as human behavior aimed at self-destruction. When considering suicidal behavior, socio-psychological, biological and social factors that influence its motivation are important. Suicide is a complex socio-psychological phenomenon, defned by psychologists as a major critical state of an individual. Having familiarized ourselves with a number of social and psychological factors that have a destructive effect on the behavior of a person in early young adult age, we can note that most of them have a negative impact on the emotional sphere of the individual (depression, aggression, various fears, anxiety, maladaptation, egocentrism, stress, inadequate self-esteem, etc.). Suicide as an act is characterized by a motivated intention of the subject to kill oneself, and is the result of a combination of external factors and the personal crisis of a mentally healthy person, or caused by mental disorders of a sick person.
