До питання внутрішньоособистісного конфлікту майбутніх психологів

Abstract

У статті автор розкриває сутність внутрішньоособистісного конфлікту, аналізує зарубіжну та вітчизняну літературу, де розкритий цей феномен. Зокрема, подано бачення проблеми науковців психоаналітичного напрямку, гештальт-психології, через концепцію когнітивного дисонансу, представників гуманістичної, екзистенційної психології, концепції психосинтезу, діяльнісного підходу та інших. Автором проведено емпіричне дослідження з використанням комплексу методик. У результаті цього дослідження у 66 % студентів-психологів виявлений внутрішньоособистісний конфлікт. In the article the author reveals the essence of intrapersonal conflict, analyzes foreign and domestic literature, which reveals this phenomenon. In particular, the vision of the problem of psychoanalytic scientists, Gestalt psychology, through the concept of cognitive dissonance, representatives of humanistic, existential psychology, the concept of psychosynthesis, activity approach, and others, is presented. The author carried out an empirical study, which uses a complex of 4 methods, namely: the method «The level of the relationship of» value «and» accessibility «in different spheres of life» (O. Fantalova), a coping test of Lazarus, a test of the differences between the ideal and real I (Butler-Haig) and Eysenck's test «Self-assessment of mental states». As a result of this study 66% of students-psychologists found intrapersonal conflict. It has also been shown that only 5 of 53 students have indicators in all 4 methods that are within the normal range; in 15 – indicators in norm by 3 methods; in 22 – only in 2 methods; and in 11 students only one (four filled) methods do not exceed the standards. Future psychologists, in whom indicators for all 4 or even 3, methods were high – not found. The necessity for the development of social psychological training as one of the methods of neutralization of intrapersonal conflict and re-cutting of data is substantiated. Training sessions should include exercises to eliminate anxiety and reduce the aggressiveness and control of it, which is the result of intrapersonal conflict, exercises on the ability to make decisions independently, reflecting their consequences (both positive and negative) and bear responsibility for them. Well, of course, exercises on the constructive solution of interpersonal conflicts, which may be the cause of intrapersonal conflict.
