Основні структурні елементи механізму забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Побудова й ефективне функціонування механізму забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства є складним процесом, який неможливий без урахування значної кількості факторів. Проведене дослідження сутності поняття «механізм забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства» показало, що під цим поняттям слід розуміти систему, що поєднує різноманітні методи, засоби, важелі та інструменти, які призначені для досягнення фінансової стійкості, стабільності, рівноваги підприємства та надійності проведених ним операцій. Виділено основні принципи, на яких повинен базуватись процес побудови та ефективного функціонування механізму забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Визначено основні засоби й методи забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Сформовано основні потреби для ефективного функціонування механізму забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Виділено ключові завдання, які повинен виконувати сучасний механізм забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Studying the fnancial security of the enterprise, it is impossible not to note how complex and at the same time dynamic is the process of its provision. Given the individualism of each socio-economic system, the formation and implementation of a mechanism for ensuring fnancial security should be considered in the context of focusing on all its characteristics and operating conditions. The construction and effective functioning of the mechanism for ensuring the fnancial security of the enterprise is a complex process that is impossible without taking into account a signifcant number of factors. A study of the essence of the concept of “the mechanism for ensuring the fnancial security of the enterprise” showed that this concept should be understood as a system that combines various methods, means, levers and tools that are designed to achieve fnancial stability, stability, balance of the enterprise and the reliability of its operations. The basic principles, means and methods of ensuring the fnancial security of the enterprise are determined. The basic needs are formed for the effective functioning of the mechanism for ensuring the fnancial security of the enterprise. The key tasks that a modern mechanism for ensuring the fnancial security of the enterprise should be highlighted. Today, not always, while ensuring fnancial security, enterprises pay attention to all four elements at once: ensuring fnancial stability, stability and achieving fnancial equilibrium and reliability. That is why, in the future, it is necessary to pay more attention to the issue of providing these elements through the defnition and improvement of the relevant fnancial indicators. Separately, it is necessary to single out the mechanism for counteracting/adapting the influence of threats to the fnancial sphere, in order to reduce the likelihood of an increase in danger, which is part of the overall process of ensuring fnancial security, but details attention on threats. This kind of mechanism requires a detailed analysis of the impact of threats in order to determine what kind of protective actions need to be applied in order to achieve fnancial equilibrium. That is why, also in further studies, attention should be paid to assessing the degree of influence of external and internal threats in order to build the right defensive strategy.
